Payment is taken only by PayPal and is upfront for all commission types. The transaction is made over PayPal with an invoice to be sure I have you listed and put onto the queue. Upon doing this, you agree to the following terms:You are allowed to see the process, from sketch, coloring for color corrections, then the final product. Each process you are able to let me know if I missed anything or need any tweaks. If for whatever reason, in the sketch phase you cancel then you will receive a 65% refund. Once it is complete, you are not entitled to a refund.Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

Rights

All commissions are for personal (non commercial) use only. I have all rights to my art. Unless the commission is private, I have the right to post your commission on my Twitter and Instagram.
Clients are also not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Distribution

You do not have the right to resell the art/character you have commissioned me for. Only as a gift.
You may not use my art of commercial use. (i.e. prints, shirts, music covers, etc.)
You may use for non commercial use. (i.e. icon, header, personal prints)

Do Not

Do not by any means remove my watermark/signature for any reason.
Do not claim my art as your own.
